Nemanja Mikać

Nemanja Mikać is the founder and CEO of ElevenEs, one of Europe’s most advanced companies for developing LFP (lithium iron phosphate) battery cells. Before founding ElevenEs, Nemanja worked for ten years at Al Pack Group, where he led various management projects, including the acquisition and restructuring of a subsidiary in Germany. Mikać holds a degree in advanced chemical engineering from Imperial College London.

ElevenEs, a spin-off from Al Pack Group, specializes in aluminum processing and the production of LFP battery cells, which are more durable, safer, and cost-effective compared to competing solutions. Under Mikać’s leadership, the company plans to establish a gigafactory with a capacity of 16 GWh in Subotica, which will employ up to 2,000 people​.
